Let us figure out how to create a new column in Universal Work List and populate with a custom variable.
Background: "Tasks" and "Tracking" are the two default tabs (views) available in UWL. All the default items in users worklist come into "Tasks" tab. All items processed by the user go into "Tracking" tab.
Many a time, users may ask you to show additional data in UWL as a new column.
Requirement: A new column in tracking tab of the UWL should show the status of the workflow. When the item on tracking tab is clicked upon, it should show the data which was processed as well as action history of the work item.
